Emerald Coast

Florida, especially the Emerald Coast area, has long been our favorite destination when we could get away. Over the last few years we have focused more and more on Panama City Beach and finally in December 2012 we found our second home at Beachwalk on Panama City Beach Parkway.

Beachwalk is a beautiful townhouse property with a dedicated walkway to the beach, swimming pool and tennis court. We have easy access to all the amenities of Panama City Beach without the congestion and traffic of Front Beach Road.

If you would like to experience a little bit of our paradise call XAC Properties.

This world of adventure and excitement is right at your front door when you make you make Beachwalk your home port on the American Riviera. And there's no end to the vacation season on the American Riviera. Most outdoor activities- including swimming in Beachwalk's heated pools are as enjoyable during the area's mild winters as they are during the summer. And since the American Riviera is still virtually undiscovered as a winter playground, these facilities are not nearly as crowed as those farther south.
